1: What is the DVD region code?
DVDs sold globally are typically encoded to restrict their use to specific locations. That is, a DVD assigned a specific 'Region Code' can only be played within the areas specified in that Region Code.
The DVD Region Code can usually be found on the back of the DVD's package.
It is therefore important that you make sure that the DVD(s) you are buying are compatible with your DVD player.

Region 1: USA, Canada, U.S. Territories
Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, Greenland and the Middle East (including Egypt)
Region 3: South East Asia (including Hong Kong, S. Korea and Taiwan)
Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean
Region 5: Eastern Europe (Russia and the former Soviet Union), the Indian subcontinent, Africa and Mongolia
Region 6: China
Region 7: Reserved
Region 8 Special international venues (airplanes, cruise ships, etc.)
Region 0 or All Region: This designation indicates that the individual DVD can be played worldwide.

6: Can I return the item?
YES, You can return any item to us for a refund or exchange as long as it is in its original packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order or within 30 days of dispatch to you if the item(s) are damaged when delivered, defective or faulty.
Note: The DVD must be returned in its original sealed packaging, unless the product is damaged, defective, or faulty.
