Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit & debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
b. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
c. The identification of a pricing or product description error
d. Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our "Terms and Conditions"

Shipping And Handling

A redirected delivery is subject to an additional surcharge which will be paid in full by the customer.
Orders returned to us by our preferred carrier due to non receipt by the customer will be due to a 15% handling / re stocking charge and all shipping costs (send/return) will be deducted from the purchase price.
We will send your order to you, usually within 2 - 5 working days . International orders are generally received within 7-15 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption operated by PayPal. They are only decrypted after they reach PayPal. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

1: Can I return the item?
YES, You can return any item(s) to us for a refund or exchange as long as it is in its original packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order or within 30 days of dispatch to you if the item(s) are damaged when delivered, defective or faulty.
Note: The DVD must be returned in its original sealed packaging, unless the product is damaged, defective, or faulty.
